Me pushing me

By: Jules Fred C. Batisla-ong

How hard it is to understand?
How hard it is to accept?
Unfairness of the world unites
When it’s me pushing me

How many words to write
How many numbers to count
When it’s difficult to analyze
It’s only me pushing me

How long will it grow?
How much time will I wait?
When it’s worth more than some things
It’s only me pushing me

How high will it cost
How big is at stake
When money can buy anything
It’s only me pushing me

Good things I learned

By Jules Fred C. Batisla-ong

One of the good things I learned
Trials I overcome
Letting the fires burned
Before this heart be thrown to none

Good things I knew
Growing up from the past
Not letting myself be blue
To a love that’s known to last

Good things I become
To stand up against the pain
In the world I’m unwelcome
The more graces began to rain

Good things I learned
Came from good preachers
Good things I learned
Because of great teachers

By your side

By Jules Fred C. Batisla-ong

Is it the righteous man?
Someone who’ll give a damn
To all thats happening to you right now
Is it the big shot one?
Leaving things undone
Like be there for you then you’ll have none

What is in me?
What is in me?
That you’ll never want

Is it the perfect guy?
Who breaks your heart and fly?
Giving you only emptiness and denial
Is it the funny me?
Who shown you the world so happily
Now that I cried when I don’t know why

What is in me?
What is in me?
That you’ll never want

Doze of Paranoia

By Jules Fred Batisla-ong

Why am I feeling this?
Like an overloaded crisis
Isn’t it the end of the world?
Heart’s being struck by a sword

Please take this feeling away
Coz I am having a happy day
Inspired by the smile on your face
That looks like a God given grace

I don’t want this paranoia
It is worse than having insomnia
I don’t need these premonitions telling me
The truth’s out there showing me

Let me feel your presence
Let the light show its radiance
For I know you are safe now
Believe in you, let me know how

Smile

By Jules Fred C. Batisla-ong

What’s the purpose of living?
When there’s no smile worth seeing
The smile that completes the day
I longed, hoped and pray

It’s like an image that never fades
The sweetness of those lips waves
The sparkling eyes of this maiden brings
Joy and kindness are to me it seems

Like a child that opens its present
Excitement brought to her so blessed
It won’t be erased for a 100 years
It won’t be greased by just one tear

Trials of fear will always be here
Living each with us my dear
But just remember these words so clearly
The smile on your face will be in my heart completely

Every second of every minute

by Jules Fred C. Batisla-ong

Every second of every minute counts
Spending a day with you my heart bounce
Hoping that it would be the same everyday
For I don’t want this to end nor fade

Every second of every minute counts
For me happiness is very rare to be found
How excited I am when I see you
How sad it is to be apart from you

Every second of every minute counts
Being with you lifts my feet off the ground
Even if things can never be the same
This love for you still remain

Every second of every minute counts
Sitting beside you all I need is a crown
When my heart beats just for you
Every second of every minute I love you

A heart broken

by: Jules Fred Batisla-ong

It beats seventy two times a minute
It excites when there’s joy in it
It exhales the life I breathe
It breaks when you make it bleed

It beats faster when I’m exhausted
It is calm when I go to bed
It is choked when I’m lonely
It breaks when you make it bleed

What this heart trully felt

by: Jules Fred C. Batisla-ong

Why am I feeling this way?
Tell me...
You choose the other side of the road
While I remained standing here

I did the best I could
To keep you away from harm
Did you feel safe?
When I hold you in my arms?

Can this be true?
What my heart's feeling about
Seeing you far away holding someone's hand
Can't hold these tears from falling down

Am I longing for your love?
Yes, I do
For God has given me the gift
Of loving you so faithfully

Up to what extent

by: Jules Fred C. Batisla-ong

Up to what extent?
Can this immeasurable feeling be true?
Will it fathom the bottom of the abyss?
Or take flight to the farthest galaxy?

Up to what extent?
Can this heart wander?
Will I wait for your eyes to be open?
Or shall listen to the whispers you’re saying?

Up to what extent?
Can this pain in me be real?
Will it be the cause of my heart to stop beating?
Will it be worth waiting?

Up to what extent?
Is it worth to sacrifice?
Will it be the last drop of my blood?
Am I too late?

An empty canvass

by: Jules Fred C. Batisla-ong

Lying down rolling over to the sides
My mind’s asleep but my eyes open wide
Memories keep flashing back to me
As happy days fades, why can’t it be me?

What have I done to deserve this?
Coz I am longing for your embrace..

The pain remains further than I thought
In exchange for the happiness you brought
Sends the shiver deeper in my spine
Dreams we made are all entwined

Do I really have to do this?
I am waiting for your return…

‘Cause this canvass is still empty
And the paints dried up
When it’s only you makes the art
Of these images that fall’s apart.
And you who is the painter
Of this scenery I’m looking down
The way you brushed away
Goes the same with the colors that fades in me

Dear, is there in anyway?
That you feel what I’m trying to say
Is there a point of telling me?
What’s inside of you?

Is there really an after life?
Until then I’ll be waiting…

Honey please tell me now..
Do I still have to wait?
For the clock ticks the 24th hour
And my soul starts to levitate..

I’ll be there to wait
I’ll be there to wait
I’ll be there to wait
I’ll be there to wait

When satellite breaks down

by: Jules Fred C. Batisla-ong

What will I do now?
No one reaches me
I’m sending a message from a crowd
When the satellite breaks down

How can I hear?
The voice of someone so dear
Not even the words she says
Can be read in days

When the satellite breaks down
What will I do?
This smile becomes a frown
Can’t say the words to you

The evening of silence
For the satellite breaks down
And then no one listens
Even if I cry across the town

Missed you in a heartbeat

by: Jules Fred C. Batisla-ong

Just a tick of the clock
Just a second passing by
You’re always in my mind
Smiling every time

A day won’t last
When your voice is lost
The sweet smile on your face
The long for your embrace

It’s really different when you’re around
Because the feelings hitting me off the ground
Missing you for a day
Makes me want to pray

When can I see you?
That’s the first thing I would do
For what is worth I’m true
Spending the rest of my life with you

Back again

I just happen to drop by my blogsite.. And ummm, I was inspired to write some notes again.. For some time I took a time off writing blog to give way in writing music. Paalam FrancisM

March 6,2009 12:00PM , I was shocked by the news that a famnous musician named Francis Magalona died of leukemia. I was saddened by the news because of the fact that I grew up watching him on TV since Bagets time. And as i grew I remember dancing in the tune of mga kababayan during my elementary years. Then when metal rap was born we played some of his tunes in a contest which was the first time I ever rapped on a microphone. Well as a fan and as a musician too.. I extend my condolences to the family of the MASTER RAPPER. I know he will be remembered. His legacy in the music industry and as a hardworking father for his kids. KIKO where ever you are.... You will remain in our hearts forever. your message will be treasured. You will serve as an inspiration and influence for us doing music..Idol mabuhay ka! san ka man naroroon,,

Into the wild

The movie is all about the life of Christopher McCandless. How he emancipated himself from his family and how he breakaway from society. How he travelled across the country by hitchhiking..How he met different types of people along the road. How he struggle in the wilderness of Alaska....
like the movie because I can relate to it. I myself loved to travel especially into the wild.I'm also fond of walking anywhere whether it is near or maybe more than a kilometers away. Hopping in some places meeting new friends in new towns. I always wanted to breakaway from the harsh treatment of society and try to live with mother nature alone. It makes me feel free. It makes me feel like I'm on top of the world. Because just being there makes me in control of things. No Bosses, No Bullies, No Conflicts. Old school way of living I might say. Find some shelter in the forest. Hunt food in the wild. Sometimes sounds cool. It makes you forget things that causes you to be unhappy. To much for my story.. Much better you watch it yourself. Because at some point living into the wild is better than living in the city jungle full of corruption..
I suggest you watch it. Its a great film directed by Sean Penn....
